Privacy policy.

Short, plain and current as of September 2026.

What we collect

Only what you give us through this site: your name, email, phone and the details you type into the technician application, partner inquiry, contact and job-update forms. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data. Server logs record IP address and user agent for security and debugging for a limited time.

How we use it

  • Applications — to evaluate you for open roles, contact you about work and, if hired, to set up your crew-portal account.
  • Partner and contact inquiries — to respond to your request and follow up on the project.
  • Job-update subscriptions — to email you when new positions open. Nothing else.

Who sees it

Cyborg Instruments LLC (operating as Cyborgin) staff in recruiting, operations and management. We do not share your information with third parties except service providers who host our systems, or when required by law. Partner clients may receive technician names and certifications for site access once you are assigned to their project.

How long we keep it

Applications are kept for up to 24 months so we can reach out when a matching role opens, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Inquiries are kept as long as the business relationship lasts. Portal accounts follow our employment and contractor record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

Email ops@cyborgin.net to access, correct or delete what we hold about you. To stop job-update emails, use the unsubscribe page.

Security

Data is stored on access-controlled systems, transmitted over HTTPS, and every staff action on your record is logged. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting you we will tell you.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above. Questions go to ops@cyborgin.net.
